we did not realise when booked this hotel that it was so high up in the mountains therefore it was quite cold at times perhaps its position could be indicated in its description

We had an unforgettable stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in the mountains. The location was simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the Tux Glacier right from our room. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were impressed by the high standards and cleanliness throughout the hotel. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The food served at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, quality service, and magnificent surroundings.

Located in a quiet valley with beautiful views of the mountains. Room was spotless and well-equipped. The food was delicious and varied, with options for children as well. There is a ski lift nearby, and the stunning scenery was a highlight.

The pillows were too soft with no option for firmer ones. There was no kettle in the room for making tea or coffee, and the outdoor whirlpool was empty on the day we wanted to use it.

I had a wonderful time in this ski hotel! the staff were incredibly hospitable and made me feel very welcome. the food was exquisite; I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the Michelin restaurant-style dinners. the spa facilities were also top-notch, with a relaxing outdoor hot tub and great massage services. the location was perfect and only a short bus ride away from the slopes. Plus, the surrounding scenery was breathtaking and made for a great backdrop for a skiing vacation.

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. They had a wide variety of options including fresh cooked eggs, sweets, juices, cheeses, and bread. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of the food.

We loved the clean and cozy rooms with fine glacier views. The hotel has excellent facilities, from the well-maintained pool and spa to the ski room with a convenient card access system. Breakfast was delicious, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome.

We appreciated the free shuttle bus that brought us to the main gondola and the slopes of the glacier. the breakfast was fresh, and the staff was polite and helpful. the spa was a relatively clean spot with a relaxing atmosphere.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel room. the bathroom was unpleasantly dirty, and the tiles were moldy.
